A3 poster of Cardinal Stephen’s letter
This is an A3 poster of a letter from Cardinal Stephen Ameyu Martin Mulla of South Sudan to the parishioners of England and Wales about the impact of the debt crisis on his country. To show to parishioners as they are invited to sign the petition.
A4 petition sheet
This is a petition about the global debt crisis for parishioners to sign at the end of Mass. The sheets are double sided and can be photocopied if you need more copies later. Each sheet holds 15 signatures, 5 on the front and 10 on the reverse.
Leader’s notes
This is an A4 sheet telling you all you need to know about running our debt petition in your parish, and includes a Short Talk to deliver at the end of Mass, and a guide to sending a postcard to your MP.
A5 postcard for your MP
This is a postcard for you to complete and send to your MP after your petition signing, letting them know that your parish supports the call for action on the debt crisis. Guidance is given in the leader’s notes on how to complete the postcard.
Debt briefing for volunteers
This is an A4 sheet telling you more about our debt campaign this year, explaining why we are running a petition, what we hope to achieve, and lots of frequently asked questions, such as ‘Shouldn’t debts just be paid?’
